Make a secure payment, anytime with Pay by Phone using your mobile or landline.  Traveling? You decide when to pay - schedule a payment for any future date (before the due date).  Sign up for Pay by Text to get text notifications and have the option to pay via text message.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Make a secure payment online.  You can access and manage your account at your convenience - anywhere, anytime 24/7.  Register for a free account to have access to your water account and view your bills at any time.  Your payment will post to your account the same day it is made. 

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address or use the drop box located past the drive thru window. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

Payment Through Financial Institution

National Banks are accepting water bill payments.  You must have your current bill card and must pay the current amount due on the bill card. 

Payment with Credit/Debit Card

The PSA is now accepting credit or debit cards in the lobby.  These payments are paid through ICloud and a $3.50 charge to them is added.
